We are looking for part time Organizers and people who would like to be trained into Lead Organizer roles.

As an organizer on our team you will be helping transform our client’s spaces. Your role involves creating organized systems that will function well for our clients and their unique lifestyles. This position is W-2 with a very flexible schedule. Ideally we want team members who can commit at least one year to this job and work 6-24 hours per week, although we do not guarantee any minimum amount of hours per week. Some seasons are slower while other seasons are busy. Our working hours are normally between the hours of 9am and 6pm. We generally do not work weekends, but on occasion will have a job where schedule only permits working a weekend. No work on major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years.

Role Details:

  • Commuting anywhere inside LA County (generally up to a 30 mile radius).

  • Having reliable transportation and showing up to jobs on time.

  • Working effectively in teams up to 4 and independently when needed.

  • Demonstrating organizing product knowledge and/or the ability to learn quickly.

  • Creating unique organizational systems for client’s spaces.

  • Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.

  • Guiding clients through the organization process from start to finish.

  • Proficient with technology

  • Additional hours for meetings & trainings up to twice a month either virtually, or in person.
